Strive for Five! Mini Course

Strive for Five is a 40-minute course that focuses on developing five new habits: getting adequate hydration, adding a healthy food to your day, moving more, a daily gratitude or stress reliever, and sleeping better. Five things that are super important for all of us right now! The mini course was recorded April 3, 2020.

The course is followed by an interactive 30-day challenge to practice and track the habits you choose. We'll be using an app called Band where folks can share success, troubleshoot problems, and engage with each other as we work toward improved health. The app is hosted by coach Shannon and Take Control staff.
